What is Title I?

Title I is a federal program that provides funding to schools and districts in which a high percentage of students is deemed low-income.  Leesville Junior High School is a schoolwide Title I program, meaning that academic assistance services are available to all students - not just those who are disadvantaged, failing, or at-risk of failing.
